The BARA joint venture team was created to bring the best local building talent to the new Parkland Hospital program. This specialty team is composed of four Dallas firms including: Balfour Beatty Construction, Austin Commercial, H.J. Russell & Company, and Azteca Enterprises. BARA is committed to supporting the success of the new Parkland Hospital program, and to maximizing the positive impact that the program brings to the Dallas community.

For the first development stage, our team has partnered with Parkland, the Program Controls Manager, design team, and the community to prepare for the construction phase of the program.
